Ghatsila, Jharkhand: Sona Devi University, located in Ghatsila, Jharkhand, took a significant step in enhancing the educational journey of its new students by organizing an orientation program for the academic year 2023-24. The event, held on Wednesday, witnessed the esteemed presence of Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Singh, the Jharkhand representative of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
In his official address, Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Singh highlighted the importance of Sona Devi University for the entire district, considering the scarcity of high-quality universities in the region. He expressed confidence that Sona Devi University would undoubtedly fulfill this need.
Sona Devi University’s Founder Chairman, Mr. Prabhakar Singh, assured students and parents that the university is fully committed to providing top-quality education. He emphasized that Sona Devi University would offer excellent education to its students.
Dr. J.P. Mishra, the University’s Acting Vice-Chancellor, also shared insights related to the University’s offerings and engaged with attendees on various university-related matters.
The program was efficiently conducted by Anusua Roy and a vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Gulab Singh Azad, the Acting Registrar of the University.
Regular classes at the university will commence from September 26th, 2023.
सोना देवी यूनिवर्सिटी, घाटशिला में बुधवार को नए विद्यार्थियों के लिए ओरिएंटेशन कार्यक्रम 2023-24 का आयोजन किया गया इस मौके पर बतौर मुख्य अतिथि फार्मेसी काउंसिल आफ इंडिया के झारखंड प्रतिनिधि धर्मेंद्र कुमार सिंह उपस्थित थे दीप प्रज्वलित कर कार्यक्रम का आधिकारिक तौर पर उद्घाटन किया गया इस मौके पर अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने कहा कि पूरे जिले के लिए घाटशिला अनुमंडल का यह विश्वविद्यालय एक बड़ी उपलब्धि है क्योंकि हमारे क्षेत्र में एक गुणवत्तापूर्ण विश्वविद्यालय की कमी है जिसे सोना देवी विश्वविद्यालय निश्चित तौर पर पूरी करेगा ऐसा उन्हें विश्वास है इस मौके पर विश्वविद्यालय के संस्थापक अध्यक्ष प्रभाकर सिंह ने कहा कि वह विद्यार्थियों व अभिभावकों को पूरी तरह अश्वस्त करते हैं की सोना देवी यूनिवर्सिटी में उच्च गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान की जाएगी इस मौके पर विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति- डॉक्टर जेपी मिश्रा ने भी विश्वविद्यालय से संबंधित बातों की ओर सभी का ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया इस मौके पर मुख्य अतिथि को स्मृति चिन्ह देखकर व शॉल ओढ़कर सम्मानित भी किया गया
कार्यक्रम का संचालन श्रीमती अनुस्वा राय व धन्यवाद ज्ञापन विश्वविद्यालय के रजिस्ट्रार डॉक्टर गुलाब सिंह आजाद ने किया इस मौके पर विश्वविद्यालय के विभिन्न स्कूलों के संकाय सदस्य के साथ-साथ काफी संख्या में विद्यार्थी व अभिभावक उपस्थित थे इस मौके पर बताया गया कि आगामी 26 सितंबर से नियमित कक्षाएं शुरू हो जाएंगे
